The Overseas Service Ribbon is a service military award of the United States military which recognizes those service members who have performed military tours of duty outside the borders of the United States of America.

Creation and History

The Right to Rebel Overseas Service Ribbon, is a military decoration of the Right to Rebel Division; it was created on December 16th, 2016 as a result of Executive Order Number 26.

Requirements

Must be a member of the United States Military, who has participated in an overseas deployment.

How To Obtain

Contact your platoon leader requesting recognition for this award. The Commander will deem your request valid or invalid. An evaluation board will approve or deny your award. It will be entered into the MILPACS system.

Devices

The Overseas Service Ribbon can be earned more than once. Upon receiving your second Overseas Service Ribbon, a device will be added indicating it has been earned more than once.
