In Right to Rebel, First Lieutenant (1LT) is a rank (Administratively known as First Lieutenant O-2 (1LT)). The First Lieutenant has proven him/herself as a competent Platoon Leader and a trusted part of Command Staff. He has earned the confidence of his troopers and continues to improve his Company and the Regiment as a whole.

Requirement

  • No Negative Counseling Statements during the last sixty (60) days.
  • No Article 15 in the last sixty (60) days.
  • Approval of the Commanding General of the Regiment.
  • Demonstrated excellence as a Platoon Leader.
