In the Right to Rebel Division, brevet refers to a promotion authorizing a Right to Rebel Division member to hold a higher Rank, without receiving that promotion through normal channels or requirements. A brevetted rank is not a permanent rank, thought generally they are made that way, as soon as the proper protocols can be met. Not all brevetted ranks are Field Commissions, but all Field Commissions are brevetted.

Conditions

  • A Brevet rank can only be approved and given by an officer of grade O-6 or higher.
