In Right to Rebel, Sergeant (SGT) is a rank (Administratively known as Sergeant E-5 (SGT)). The rank of Sergeant is the entree to a hallowed fraternity. Sergeants run the Army, of that there can be no doubt. A Sergeant is a proven leader and can lead a Section or even a Platoon if necessary, as well as serve as NCOIC of a Secondary billet. The Sergeant is where the axe meets the stone.
Requirements
- No Negative Counseling Statements during the last sixty (60) days.
- No Article 15 in the last sixty (60) days.
- Important part of Squad and Secondary Billet activities.
- Secondary billet assignment or assignment to a Squad Leader billet.
- Active participation in Squad activities and/or secondary billets.
- Ability to conduct Squad training as directed by the Squad Leader.
- Selected as a Squad Leader.
- Recommendation from Squad Leader.
- Completion of NCO Academy.
Minimum TIG
- Four (4) months at the rank of Corporal.
- or
- Four (4) months at the rank of Specialist.
