An enlisted rank (or enlisted grade) in Right to Rebel is any rank below a commissioned officer or warrant officer. The term can also be inclusive of non-commissioned officers. In most cases, enlisted service personnel perform jobs specific to their own occupational specialty, as opposed to the more general command responsibilities of commissioned officers.
These specialist ranks were created to reward personnel with higher degrees of experience and technical knowledge. Appointment to either specialist or non-commissioned officer status is determined by occupational specialty. In some occupational specialties, a soldier will be appointed either a specialist or non-commissioned officer depending on which particular position or "slot" that he filled in his organization. Once a member has obtain the rank/grade of SPC-7 and has been in for Grade two months they my apply for Warrant Officer (W01) if an position is open and available and have completed any necessary training, classes, tests or conditions that may be required in the Warrant Officer 1 (W01) "Requirements".
