In Right to Rebel, Sergeant Major of the Army (SMA) is rank (Administratively known as Sergeant Major of the Army E-9 (CSM)). The Sergeant Major of the Army is the principal Senior NCO of the Community. This is a unique post as there can be only one in service in the Community. He assists the Joint Chiefs of Staff and advises them on all matters relating the NCO Corps. The Sergeant Major of the Army is the undisputed ruler of the NCO Corps, and all NCOs, regardless of unit or posting, do well to take his advise.
