These are the current guidelines issued 07/26/2013 to form a check list from: The Guidelines set within the RTRWIKI for each rank should be followed. Please refer to the MILPACS for OIC's,CO's and Post holders.
E-1 TO E-5

- Approved by Company First Sergeant
- Can be Approved by a Sr. Post holder WITHIN the Chain of command ( ie Division Sergeant Major, Command Sergeant Major, Platoon Leader, Company Command)
E-6 TO E-8 ( MASTER SERGEANT ONLY)
- Requirements set within the RTRWIKI for each Grade
- Approved by the Division Sergeant Major
