Member Discharge - SOP

1. Upon receiving the PAF and other supporting documentation ( NCS,MEMO) file the Documents in the proper "File Cabinet" under the DAFN's.

2. Confirm dismissal with members Commanding Officer by Private Message AND bcc TO DIVISION LEADER AND CHIEF OF STAFF.

3. Go to the "Reports" tab in the Forums and click on the "Member Discharge", fill out and submit unless instructed otherwise.

4. Change Forum Usergroup to "Registered user" or to "Banned" if requested by S-2

5. Make sure that the former members name has been removed from the "Member" and his former rank Server Group in TeamSpeak

6. Change from "Active" to "Discharged" in MILPACS and Place in Former members group if they qualify, if not Delete former members MILPACS profile.

FORMAT

1.NAME OF MEMBER BEING DISCHARGED: (Name of member being discharged)

2.DATE OF DISCHARGE: -(Date that the member was discharged. ( The date of the PAF))

3.REASON FOR MEMBERS DISCHARGE.: -(Short description of the reason for DISCHARGE include rules/policies of violation, note any subsections. EXAMPLE: Code of Conduct 3a or COC 3a , UCMJ sec.890.1 or UCMJ 890.1, etc.)

4.RANK and NAME of member filing DISCHARGE.: -(Rank and Name of member filing the :Discharged PAF"

5.PMOS: (Duty Station or Post)

6.DAFN of PAF: -(DAFN of PAF filed discharging member)

7.DAFN of NCS: -(DAFN of NCS if one was filed with PAF.)
