The General Staff is the military staff of the Right to Rebel. It is the central organ of the Right to Rebel and oversees operational management it's armed forces. Each staff position in a headquarters or unit is assigned a letter-prefix corresponding to the formation's element and one or more numbers specifying a role. (ex: S1 - Personnel Administration). All personnel assigned to a staff position is part of the general staff.
