A Division Sections or military staff is a group of officers and enlisted personnel that provides a bi-directional flow of information between the leadership and the members of the Right to Rebel Division.

The purpose of a military staff is mainly that of providing accurate, timely information which by category represents information on which command decisions are based. The key application is that of decisions that effectively manage unit resources. While information flow toward the commander is a priority, information that is useful or contingent in nature is communicated to lower staffs and units.

HQ - Division Headquarters

Division Headquarters [HQ] has Command and Control over the Right to Rebel Division, all Division Sections report to this office. Command Personal are assigned to this department from Company level up.

S1 - Division Administration Office

The Division Administration Office [DAO] supervises personnel and administration systems. This department functions as the essential administrative liaison between the subordinate units and the headquarters, handling personnel actions coming from the bottom up (such as a request for an award be given to a particular soldier) or from the top down (such as orders being received from the army level directing a particular soldier be reassigned to a new unit outside the command). All functions of Right to Rebel run through the Division Administration Office.

S2 – Community Intelligence Office

The Community Intelligence Office [CIO] is responsible for collecting and analyzing intelligence information about other Communities,Allies and Community members to Maintain the Security and Integrity of Right to Rebel and it's interest. The department manages all security clearance issued for the unit's personnel.

S3 – Operations and Training

The Operations department [OPS], includes planning and training, is the operations office tasked with coordination of the various training operations, and all things necessary to enable the formation to operate and accomplish its mission. All aspects of sustaining the unit's operations, and additionally planning and executing all the unit training, fall under the responsibility of operations. The operations office is also tasked with keeping track of the weekly training schedules.

S4 - Personnel

The Personnel department supervises the recruitment and retainment of members for the Right to Rebel Division. S-4 maintains members "Personal Files" for, and under the supervision of the Division Administration Office S-1.

S5 – Public Affairs

The public affairs office is the public face of the Right to Rebel Regiment. The public affairs office is tasked with coordinating and disseminating the Right to Rebel message as instructed by the Command Staff. The public affairs office coordinates with the Division Administration Office to help with public recruiting effort.

S6 – Division Information Services

“The Geek Squad”, this department deals with the various servers, both game and communications servers, as well as, the Division website. This departments mission is to keep the Division working and online.
