The designation Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, usually abbreviated to NCOIC (or NCO I/C), signifies an individual in the enlisted ranks of Right to Rebel who has limited command authority over others in the unit. Generally, an NCOIC is an administrative leader in charge of a department or an other specific duty. Only NCOs and SNCOs may serve as NCOICs.
