EXECUTION.

I. Commander's Intent
(i) Purpose:
To successfully recruit people into Right To Rebel and maintain our communities membership foundation.
(ii) Key Tasks:
1. Maintain S4 OIC, NCOIC, and 2 recruiter positions
2. Meet with membership sponsors
3. Approve or Deny applicants
4. Wait for S-2 to clear applicants
5. Check applications at minimum once a day
II. Concept of operations:
(a) Phase 1 (Sponsorship)
This phase begins with all Right to Rebel members at and above the grade of E-4 understanding that they are eligible to sponsor promising recruits into Right to Rebel. Decisive to this phase is members at and above E-4 understand where to get a sponsorship key/link and how to contact a recruiter. The Sponsorship form can be found under Bans & Forms on the main Right to Rebel website on the front page. This is decisive because if people do not know where or how to sponsor an applicant, applicants cannot successfully apply to Right to Rebel. This phase ends when a recruitment application is submitted.
(i) Key Tasks:
(1) In community meetings, continue to mention that E-4s are eligible to sponsor.
(2) Community understanding of the sponsorship process.
(b) Phase II (Recruitment Application & Acceptance):
This phase begins with the applicant submitting an application to the S4 recruit application inbox on the forums. Decisive to this phase is S4 Recruiting continuously checking recruitment applications and approving/denying applicants. This is decisive because S4 is the buffer between public players becoming community members, and if S4 does not perform their duties, new membership will cease. S-2 will then take the application and perform a background check. Once S2 is finished, S4 will begin in processing the applicant. This phase ends upon both S4 and S2 approval.
(i) Key Tasks:
(1) Daily check of the recruit application inbox.
(2) Approving or denying the application depending on S4 or S2 findings.
(3) Notifying the applicant they are approved to be recruited.
(c) Phase III (Recruitment Welcoming):
This phase begins once the applicant has been contacted by S4 recruitment and is in TeamSpeak with a recruiter. Decisive to this phase is a recruiter meeting with the new recruit following the handbook found in ANNEX 1-S4. This is decisive because a recruit needs to know how to be successful and how to behave as a Right To Rebel Member. Once the recruit has been successfully recruited, they will meet back with their recruiter in one month. This phase ends when the recruiter and Recruit finish their initial meeting.
(i) Key Tasks:
(1) Recruiter reads the rules, code of conduct, and ANNEX 1-S4 to the recruit.
(2) They establish when the member needs to get back with the recruiter to promote to E-2 via a PAF.
(d) Phase IV (Promotion to E-2):
This phase begins when the recruiter and recruit meet at minimum one month after becoming a recruit. Decisive to this phase is the recruiter teaching the recruit how to submit a grade & rank change PAF. This is decisive because recruiters are responsible for ensuring members know how to submit their initial PAFs. Once the PAF is submitted, the recruiter will give the recruit his E-2 tags in TeamSpeak. This phase ends when the new private successfully submits his PAF and receives his new rank in TeamSpeak.
(i) Key Tasks:
(1) Recruiter meets with recruit no less than one month after recruitment.
(2) Recruiter helps member with PAF.
(3) Recruiter grants member with E-2 tags.
