Member Recruitment - SOP

WARNING THIS IS THE DAO SOP FOR RECRUITING. Please see the Division Recruiter for a complete "Member Recruitment Protocol".

This SOP covers how to process a New Recruit PAF file by a recruiter. After indicating you are going to process the PAF by posting the original PAF "DAO IN BOX" thread" "PROCESSING", proceed on the steps below.


STEP ONE:Forum Usergroup Change

  • Change the Recruits RTR Forum account from "Registered User" to "=rTr= Member"

See the "Forum Account Changes SOP" for procedure for making that change if you do not know how.


STEP TWO:TeamSpeak Server Group Change

  • Change Recruits "Server Group to Recruit" by right clicking there name in TeamSpeak and hovering over the "Set Server Group", a menu will appear with the user server groups select "Recruit" from the list. If not already done by Recruiter.


STEP THREE:Notify Division Command Staff

  • PM the Division Leader,Command Sergeant Major and the Division Sergeant Major the Name of the New Recruit.


STEP FOUR:File PAF

  • File PAF .
